waiting three hours at the sudbury greyhound. the staff was going at the back. we had to ring the bell 10 times for her to come give us news on when the bus is coming. people were complaining to her on how shitty the Greyhound was and she agreed and said she would never take the Greyhound. great service and even better staff.

My bus was 2 hours late and I barely made it to my transfer in Ottawa

I purchased the ticket through Busbed, who I will be buying from all the time, their prices and customer service is excellent. Because the bus departs from Sudbury after midnight (12:30am) I purchased the ticket for my mother to leave on August 16th (12:30am) and arrive in Montreal on Wednesday, August 16th (11:30am) and that is exactly what the reservation budsbud sent said. when my mother went to pick up her ticket at the station(with the reservation number I gave) her ticket said she was leaving on the 16th and arriving on the 17th which makes no sense because, again, the bus leaves after midnight so when she boarded it was actually August 17th at 12:30am. She will be arriving this morning, Thursday August 17th at 11:30am. I missed a whole day of visiting with her because the customer services agent in Sudbury does not know how to tell time!!
