We were very VERY clear about requiring tickets to the Montreal AIRPORT. Unbeknownst to us (Americans), this requires two tickets, one to the bus station and another to the airport. We were each given one ticket. When we got to the Montreal bus station, we were, in front of all the other passengers very unceremoniously kicked off the bus, the bus driver muttering that it was "no fun for him" for him to have to take the time and then find our luggage. It was embarrassing and unneccessary.
Liked footrest and comfy seat. Charging point for phones etc and toilet if needed. Coach was on time. Didn’t like - On the coach all announcements were only in French unlike other companies who do both French and English so couldn’t fully understand what was said.
Overall a smooth, comfortable and clean experience. I would advise not to come last minute though - don’t ask me how but there were 54 seats in the bus and they had sold 56 tickets, so the last two in line to board had to wait for the bus in one hour.
I enjoy the safety road with the bus driver and I did'nt enjoy the fact that in the two bus I took never the WIFI was functional...that's false publicity, so sad!
What I enjoyed: the bus was on time, the staff was courteous and professional, online booking was easy. What I did not enjoy: the seats were cramped. The leg space was less than almost any bus I have ever traveled in. I would probably not use this bus again even for half the cost.
The bus ran on the promised schedule and the driver and attendant were very friendly and courteous. I would recommend Orleans Express to anyone traveling between Quebec City and Montreal.
Seating was a little cramped as bus was almost full. As it’s considered mid length travelling, perhaps the number of seats can be reduced for greater comfort
Easy 15-minute walk from the cruise terminal to Orleans Express at Gare du Palais 320. Bathrooms available and clean. Auto-open door at Gare du Palais would have been helpful.
I am someone that could not understand French. The driver was making an announcement in French only. Much more, the bus in Quebec supposed to park in Porte 4 but arrived in Porte 5. The driver arrived 5 minutes before departure time and driving fast in the rain
The driver stopped the bus in the middle of now where in the pouring rain because the windshield wipers were squeaking. He had no tools on board so we had to wait for over an hour for a mechanic. The driver did not communicate with the passengers so we were literally left in the dark to figure out what was going on. As a result we were almost 2 hours late arriving in Montreal.
Top notch but work on night trips schedules. For majority of us who want to gain hours travelling between cities taking night rides especially during summer.
Comme touriste c’est pas logique la différence entre le terminal de bus Longueuil-Montreal que Montréal Centre Ville Donc il faut le expliquer un peut plus surtout pour pas descendre au terminal incorrect. Merci
The driver drove carefully and was considerate in explaining to me in English which stop was mine.
He was careful in explaining to me just where to find the taxis.
