I was very disappointed with this bus trip. This was my 2nd trip in a week and must say that if this has been my first experience,it would probably have been my last. I have always had the driver take and load my luggage when I arrive and then remove my luggage when we have reached our destination. I was surprised when the passengers were told to get their own bags. Also the driver never introduced himself or announce anything to do with the trip
The ride was overall comfortable and easy, although our bus broke down on the side of Stoney leaving Calgary so we were stuck waiting for an hour on the side of the road for another bus to rescue us. That is why we were an hour late arriving in Edmonton. But overall still a great way to travel.
Ebus has made my first bus travel a worry free one. The driver was very friendly and courteous and most importantly his driving was smooth. The cleanliness of the bus was also something notable. This was a very pleasant experience
I sat over the driver side rear wheels and the vibration was crazy. 5 minutes in and I was seriously regretting getting on that bus. The interior of the coach was fine other wise.
the exterior of the bus was very dirty. The pick-up location felt unsafe. No assistance was offered to get bags out of rear of bus. I am 78 and was almost crushed by a large suitcase falling out when I tried to retrieve mine.
Like I said I called and changed the depot and when I did that they can't even give me the address so I couldn't even get to the right place to get on my bus and I didn't want to give me a refunds
I'm very happy with the travel. The only problem is that I forgot my jacket and I'm try to know if it's still there. But thebperson who always answer the phone never contact the driver. His other option is I have to go to the bus station, try to find the driver and ask him if it's still there 🙄
The driver was amazing, the bus was clean, seats were really comfortable, the wifi was an unexpected bonus - I'd take the bus any-day over flying. More amenities and WAY less hassle without all the airport security and lack of service.
First time taking Cold Shot. It was smooth quiet trip but not comfortable enough to nap or stretch as space was tight. The windows could use some cleaning.
I used thr Canada bus for a ride to edmonton, it was big, clean , comfortable, ride was smooth. Staff was professional, friendly and helpful. Overall I am very satisfied, I would recommend canada bus
The driver was so kind and helpful. My daughter and I were stranded because of WestJet. We had no idea where we were going. The driver helped us with the proper instructions and helped us get home.
I forgot the name of the driver but he was awesome (He was also the driver when I took the bus last April 14th). Driver was very professional and well dressed (very on point!!).
Uncomfortable seating in a small bus. No space for luggage. A fight between passengers that required the driver's attention and should have led to stopping of the bus. Overall unpleasant experience.
