Greyhound Indianapolis St. Louis recent customer reviews

The bus had some problems. Air conditioning was malfunctioning, and none of the outlets worked. There was also considerable damage to the seats that should have been repaired. The counter clerk was very friendly and helpful, but the bus driver seemed to be in a very bad mood and possibly ill, loudly coughing up phlegm the entire trip, and he gave us no indication of how late the bus was going to arrive. I will not ride Greyhound again if I can possibly avoid it.

The 3:15 bus never arrived so I was forced to wait 6 hours at the station for the next departure. This was very poorly communicated to passengers and no effort was made for any sort of reimbursement. I will absolutely never use Greyhound again.
