Everything was good. But on the first bus there was no electricity and it was not so clean...
After I missed by first bus (8:35AM) due to the slowness of the line and service, I was rescheduled for the 12:45PM bus even though there was a 10:50AM bus available. After that, there was no incident until the bus driver informed us that he’d taken a wrong turn which cost a good amount of time. Then when we arrived in Phoenix, I discovered that my luggage was nowhere to be found. I attempted to call, but was on hold for 30 min. before we had to get back on the bus for Tucson. The behavior of the bus driver at the Phoenix station was rather unprofessional as well. So, I have filed a missing baggage report and talked to them since then. Hopefully I can get my bag back in a timely manner.

My trip with Tufesa was extremely stressful, upon arriving, the staff was unable to find my ticket in the system, despite me providing a confirmation number. The bus was late, the staff were unable to speak English, too crowded on the bus,
