What’s not to like?! The ADO staff were helpful and kind. The bus itself was large and very clean. Our seats were plush and comfortable. The ride to Valladolid was smooth. Two thumbs up for traveling the Yucatan on ADO!

Great experience! The only thing we had a hard time with was not knowing our bus was at the terminal. It was not posted on the screen. Maybe because it was a van and not one of the big buses but thankfully I went outside and asked so we didn't miss the departure.
