Arrived at destination 2 hours later than predicted was no traffic also so not sure why, maybe the frequent stops ?
We arrived at our bus station with plenty of time. When our bus was due (10:10), it did not arrive. I was told that there was a delay and it would arrive in one hour. We waited until 11:30 with no updates from the staff. When I questioned them, they told me the service was not running because they did not provide the correct bus. The staff offered no apology for this delay and awful lack of communication. The staff member booked us onto a later bus with a different company(12:30), again without apology. That bus arrived 40 minutes later than it's scheduled arrival time in Mexico city, meaning we arrived almost 4 hours later to our destination than our original time. Highly disappointed with this company and service, and distinctive lack of accountability or responsibility to ensure customers are kept informed and satisfied. I do not recommend AU at all and advise all travellers to avoid using it.

Very efficient service, however we were annoyed that we weren’t able to board with two small bags. One containing a bottle of mezscal and the other a fragile pottery vase

The bus smell funny and is not cleaned very often. I didn't use the bathroom because the smell coming from it was enough to tell me it wasn’t cleaned.
