Bus departure time at 10:00am I was there at 9:30am. About 9:50 I heard the announcement the bus to Cancun. I asked the security is it the bus to Cancun. He said No. I have been show him my bus ticket at least 3 times. Until I asked him is it the bus schedule delay. He said the bus have been gone! I have to buy another bus ticket to Cancun. And the manager didn’t solve the problems!

After having several excellent ADO rides during my 3 weeks in Mexico, I was unfortunately very disappointed by this one. I was sitting directly behind the driver, so I could see that he was texting throughout the 2.5 hour ride. He kept scrolling through his messages and selecting different people to message. At one point, he even watched online videos and laughed about them. I felt very unsafe, and I was nervous to confront him in case he got angry that I’d seen this happening. I’d had only great experiences with ADO prior to this, so it was very surprising.

The bus was very prompt and comfortable. Actually arrived early. However, there was no water or tissues in bathroom, that needs to be addressed. Actually a really good service!

I booked the wrong date by accident. I tried reaching out to correct my error and was sent an automated message saying the booking is non-refundable

It was extremely bad experience, the driver told me this is Cancun 9km before the bus station. He pointed by finger to the door, somewhere in middle of nowhere, I was asking if this is Cancun - he said Cancun, Cancun! They speak Spanish only or just pretend. This was very tricky experience. Never again
