I'll start by saying there was NO driver for our trip. Then we were told that they had to find a driver and that they didn't know the ETA for when we were to leave. Then we were told that a driver was found but didn't know how long it was going to be before we left New York. Once the driver was found, she then proceeded to clean her bus (which was definitely understandable! But took a long time and we were standing on line all that time waiting for a driver and to board the bus.) I'm glad the driver decided to take the trip but she was kind of rude. We were on an Express bus (which we thought didn't make any stops) and she stopped while at the stop she was asked to close the hatch at the top of the bus and she was NOT cooperative and stated that she wasn't going to unless it was pouring rain. Then at that time it started raining and it was extremely cold. Finally the driver closed the hatch after a number of riders complained. We arrived almost an hour late which was inconvenient to us with our pick up from the station. It was myself and my sister (Gina Hicks) traveling together and we both were inconvenienced.
I was sent to the wring bus stop I was sent to port authority 625 8th AVENUE and I never made the bus
The customer service was very good I was returning home from NY and a mishap took place with my ticket, Ms.Pret* and staff (At The Port Authority) Greyhound terminal made sure I had my ticket and knew where to board my bus. Other than lateness on the drivers behalf everything was great!
On Time and efficient will certainly use them again
The driver was great. We arrived early and had a smooth ride.
Clean bus, left in time, amenities working
Good trip sat alone
Service was as promised
Smooth bus ride, professional staff, before time arrival. Could not have been better
Good ride, reasonable price
We arrived earlier than scheduled
Very clean and safe bus. Even arrived a little early. Will definitely be taking Peter Pan again.
Online booking and the trip were great. But after I booked online, I needed to collect my ticket at the depot, I had many problems finding Greyhound at Port Authority, New York. Having information and a map of Port Authority available with the online booking confirmation, especially to be able to locate the right building and the Greyhound ticketing location would have avoided these problems.
I like it
Your buses are filthy. I hadn’t no issue with the driver. But your buses are quite disgusting and I couldn’t wait to get off the bus. Absolutely horrific sitting on it. It was like I was sitting in a toilet.
We were happy that we didn't have to wait outside in the cold to board the bus and that we had a choice of seats including those reserved for seniors. The ride was smooth and uneventful, and we actually arrived early.
Driver was incredibly caring. His driving was very good and I felt safe.
Bus drive was very good
Good no complaints
We broke down 3 times on the same highway. We arrived 30 minutes late.
Very accommodating staff. Basically pleasant experience. Very economical!
excellent driver, bus was impressive
Over experience was rather delightful and calming.
The bus was more than 3hrs late! This is unacceptable!
Got there ahead of time but I brought a ticket to leave at 330 but miss my bus I just it a way to be accommodated
Overall I am satisfied with your service. It will be helpful to have folding table to allow working
Surprisely good trip
The Peter Pan bus itself was a comfortable and clean bus to ride on. However, my bus driver was one of the most rude people I have ever met. She would yell at the passengers to turn their phone screen down all the way and to put their headphones on "NOW!!". Even to a lady who did not speak English and did not know how to use her phone the driver still would yell and scream at her to put her phone away. I felt uncomfortable and judged. She also wore headphones and sung music out loud the whole time but told us to not make a peep. Very dissatisfied with the service here.
