I enjoyed the punctuality of reaching the destination. They sent out an email that they would be using a non-branded bus but I don't have email on my phone. So I was waiting by a bus that said "flix bus". I only realized when the branded bus was boarding that it wasn't going where I wanted to go so I almost missed my bus despite the fact that I got to the stop 15 minutes early. I would've appreciated if they texted as well..

Absolutely horrible! The bus was late showing up and the air conditioning had broken on the trip up to NYC. Flixbus communicated 30 minutes after the scheduled departure time that the bus would be 120 minutes late. Then they canceled the bus completely about 2.5 hours after the scheduled departure time.

The staff failed to make any announcement about the 2:45 AM departure, and misled passengers by referring only to a delayed 1:05 AM bus.
I was at the correct gate the entire time. There were no updates, no signage, and no effort to inform us.
Later, the staff falsely claimed I “didn’t listen,” which is not only inaccurate, but also deeply unprofessional.
As someone for whom English is a second language, this type of behavior can be interpreted as discriminatory and unjust.
Requested refund but they repeating it's not refundable ticket.

The bus ride was in the designated time more or less but it is winter time and it was freezing. The driver had heat in his area but the rest of the bus was freezing. I walked up to him and explained that people were complaining and I was personally cold as well and he ignored me. We were cold 28 degree weather for 3 and a half hours from NYC to Baltimore. We just froze but he had good heat.

It was a pleasant ride. Driver made sure everyone was back on the bus and got me to my destination safely.

There was no communication between riders and the bus driver.
After calling customer service they said the bus was loading at the location at the exact moment. I was there looking around and talking to the driver of the only bus that fit OurBus description and he was saying he leaving an hr and a half later.
Understandably, there were frustrated and mad riders talking or yelling at him about the situation, and he had no idea of the route or who or when a bus would be there us.
Big credit to him, he got on the phone with OurBus too and made sure we would get to our destinations, giving the communication between OurBus and the riders that OurBus should have provided to all parties.

I always took this bus but, the day going and coming back was appalling!! Going to Baltimore the bus was late about 20 minutes and it was very cold. Paid almost $40 in a cab so I won’t be late. Then no heat. Coming back late by 10 minutes and also no heat. I get things happen but, is too cold for any inconveniences!!

Our trip was really excellent. Everything was on time and there were very few hiccups. The bus was extremely comfortable and I really liked our bus driver. He was friendly, thoughtful, and accomodating.
