The overall service is perfect. What would be nice is to let travellers now on departure what bus they are in. It’s early Then let people now that they can’t just throw their seats in sleep mode. You’re not alone on the bus. Especially during day light hours. And a little itinerary update once in a while would be appreciated

The bus ride was smooth, although the driver almost left me at one stop. They said we had 10 minutes to get food in Rio Grande, and while I was paying the bus started to leave and it hadn’t even been 5 minutes. I had to run out to catch it before it left with all my belongings on the bus!

The bus was filthy dirty. There was no air until 5 hours into the trip so it was damp and stuffy and smelly. One hour before our destination, the driver made a one hour stop at a dirty restaurant and our arrival was delayed by one hour. Terrible!!!
