Bus from Wichita to Raleigh: Tickets & Timetables

Our bus from Nashville was supposed to be here at 1015 pm, ended up getting cancelled. I sat at the dangerous bus station for 6 hours with my 10 year old son who had to take a bus because he couldn’t fly due to anxiety . In that time I was verbally berated by 2 employees one of whom did so in front of my child. She told me to reschedule my bus and they would get us a hotel. I did that and then she told me the time didn’t qualify, but never told me prior qualifying times or what I needed to do. I changed it to a qualifying time and she told me she couldn’t help and I was trying to take advantage. I just wanted to get my son into a bed. This trip has been a nightmare . I am a smoker, I had my son stand across the designated smoke area and one of greyhounds security guards yelled at me and started trying to make him go into the smoke area. I don’t smoke around my children and she was trying to force him into going into an area filled with smokers . This whole thing has been surreal. None of the employees would help, from calling all the way to the employees right there in front of me .
