The bus only stopped at one refreshment stop in Laingsberg. Never let passenger disembark at Beaufort West nd the toilet on the bus is not even clean.

The bus is very comfortable but I just hope in future that the bus will be more on time my bus time was for 23:55 and came at 04:00 am had to wait 4 hours

What I enjoyed was access to the bathroom and the staff. What I didn't enjoy was their service is terrible. It was suppose to have arrived at 1:25am and get to Cape Town around 11am. It got to Colesberg at 03:54 and got to Cape Town 14:32. Unacceptable. The cold air of the air-conditioner was opened throughout the trip.

My trip with eagle liner was not bad I don’t want to lie it was nice BUT the only thing that was not cool was time y’all lack on time keeping cause departure time was at 20:20 but I waited for half an hour for the bus. Please fix that it’s not the first time.

The experience was horrible, I was traveling from Colesburg to Cape town, firstly the bus was originally booked for 20:20pm Sunday, but for me to receive a text Sunday morning about the bus only leaving at 02:35am due to technical problems, but then it got to us at 03:16am, as if that was all, on the way just before the tunnel, it stopped in the middle of nowhere with people including drivers, getting water from the mountain with small bottles
