The bus was more than 45 minutes late to arrive at my pickup point, with no communication, and no personnel on site to keep passengers informed. This is very stressful.
It then spent more than an hour at a stop 3 hours from the destination with noone disembarking, no one joining, no refuelling, and no explanation.
We were therefore more than 2 hours late to arrive at our destination, with no apology.
