The bus was delayed for 3 hours where as i was at the bus 30 minutes prior so i ended up having to take a taxi to durban … im very much disappointed will never use intercape services ever

The bus was 8 hours late with false information texted regarding delay. Some staff were rude (Leeann) when asking for information on WhatsApp. When bus finally arrived, it was disgustingly filthy. Toilet stunk and overflowed. Isles were littered with paper, bottles and even chicken bones.
