I didn't enjoy anything at all, my ticket when I booked it was written the departure time is 15h15 but only departed at 16h00, the arrival time was 20H00 but we only arrived at 23h45 what a huge delay.

Exceptionally bad .. the driver was rude, unprofessional and very aggressive toward his passengers, the bathroom was a mess - it was no cleaned and after people had used it there was no clean up it was left messy and filthy and deplorable ! I totally hated this experience when the kids vomited ( not mines) nobody cleaned this mess - therefore the entire bus wreaked of vomit - absolutely despicable ! i was blown away - i have never had an experience like this, and to top it off we still arrived 3 hours after the designated timeslot .. this is the worse experience i have ever had i am doubtful i will use your service again !
