Awful, bus was 3 hours late , no comunicati9n and their 24 hour whatsapp isn't working all the time. Frustrating to sit waiting not knowing when the bus will be there.. at least send a notification out 15 mins before it arrives. Other companies have a much better customer experience, I tell people DO NOT USE INTERCAPE

Der Bus hielt nicht, wie am Ticket angegeben bei York 63, sondern bei George Station. Kein Taxi weit in breit, hatte Schwierigkeiten, mich zurechtzufinden, länger Fußmarsch.
