Taking the big sky bus is good, passengers are not accomadating, what I noticed is when boarding a bus traveller's tend to place other bags on the seat making it difficult for others boarding to identify a vacant seat, children are loud and disrespectful, the driver dies not turn of the inside light making it difficult to rest the journey,. Making seat reservation is the solution to this as there are inconsiderate passengers hogging three to four seats unnecessarily. Pick up times are delayed hour. With no explanation
