Find coaches from São Paulo to Paraty

Very nice bus, it was very hot and it took the driver long time before he turned on the air conditioning, other passengers had to call him. But Al in all a pleasant trip.

bus is good driver good only problem that we were supposed to be there at 14 pm. instead the bus will get to paraty probably by 21pm I am writing from the bus it is 19pm we are not there this should have been written that due to holiday it will take much much longer.

Everything was perfect! People were kind and the bus is super confortable. It even smelled good!

Disliked- Tickets didn’t have seat numbers in advance - it was a nightmare to find the gate. People at ticket counters sent us twice to the wrong gate. We ran all across to finally find our bus. Also, it wasn’t a FLIXBUS it was called primar. Would have liked to have seen it on the tickets. It would have helped us find our bus when people didn’t know English and sent in in wrong places - bus claimed to have WiFi but didnt. Good - bus was comfortable and the views out of the window were gorgeous

Let late. Stopped twice at services. And was 40 min late.

The bus was very clean, with spacious and comfortable seats. Good, safe driver. Only negative was the trip took 2.5 hours more due to rain and traffic.

The bus broke down and we waited a long time for the new bus. The new bus was dripping water on the passengers. The trip took 10 hours instead of 6.

Bus left an hour late and arrived 1.5 hours late. A child infront of me threw up on me. Overall a horrendous 8/9 hours.
