Generelly fine bus, nice staff and good service. The reason why not 5 stars is because in some part of the trip the driver drove really fast and it felt unsafe in the mountainareas.
Bus was nice and comfortable, but arrived over two hours late. Even though we were well behind schedule, the driver still enforced a second 30 minute stop not too long after the first one. Imagine there is some sort of deal there with the shops.
arrived at the final destination over one hour late. I had chosen this bus so I wouldn’t have to arrive in the dark, but because we were over an hour late, I had to find my hostel in the dark.
Excellent coach. Temperature a little too cold even with 2 vents closed. No English spoken. Arrived at Paraty at 1500, when it should have been 1400. Very careful driver. Good system with hold luggage. Would use this service again and recommend.
Overall a great bus experience! We took a bus during the day, hit minimum traffic, and could see all the beautiful nature along the way. We had two long breaks, the last one being in Ubatuba when we were going to Paraty, which felt like a bit of a waste and part of the reason we were late. Would recommend though!
I was extremely sick and the bus driver called an ambulance and then waited the 2 hours until I was well enough to continue the journey. Please pass on our thanks and please show the bus driver some recognition. We so appreciated everything he did.
The bus arrived at the destination an hour late. Toilets smelt so bad when the door opened it filled the whole bus with the smell. Apart from that the bus was clean and comfy. It stopped more than necessary for a 6 hour journey.
We departured on time but we arrived in Parati 2 hours and 15 minutes too late!! According to the schedule we suppose to arrive at 5.55 pm but we arrived at 8.10pm. It was super cold on the bus. They put the aircon on the whole time. Passengers were freezing and sitting with coats and blankets. Toilet in the back stank.
Nice trip. Good bus and engaged stuff. Negative: The temperature in the bus switched the whole 6 hours between 14 (fourteen!) and 21 degrees. This can force customers to get a cold...
I want a refund or discount on an upcoming trip. The bus from SP to Parari broke down and we waited for long at a station for the next bus to pick us up. The bus were more than 3 h late. Thank you for your cooperation.
My trip was terrible! Trip was scheduled to last 5.5 hours. 4 hours in, the bus broke down. Reunidas' idea of a solution was to sent another bus... FROM SAO PAULO! We around doing nothing for over 5 hours for a new bus to come. No snacks were provided, no apology given. Got to Paraty at 12:30 AM, over five hours late. Had to pay cab (for $20US) rather than just take a bus to lodging because it was the middle of the night.
Awful bus. No air conditioning. Dirty and the toilets were filthy. No water or soap to wash your hands. There was also an odour of petrol/chemical fumes on the bus. Overall it was probably the worst bus journey I’ve ever been on
The staff and drivers were very good. I was, however very disappointed that we arrived 90 min after we were scheduled to. I hope my trip back to Sao Paulo on Wednesday will prove better timing.
At the ticket counter, people were very friendly and helpfull. The bus was very comfortable, we had a short coffee stop and a longer lunch stop. Go and back from SP to Paraty was a nice experience; I wouls recommand to others. Thanks a lot !
