Good morning
I am not happy how the trip went. Because my buss was supposed to leave 00h30 ot Warrenton. It arrived 02h55.
So I missed my next bus from Johannesburg to Nelspruit 07h30.We arrived at 09h05 in Johannesburg.
So now I had to pay R900 for a new ticket that will leave 21h00 from Johannesburg. And will arrived at 01h15 in Nelspruit.
That's bad customer service and bad communication. I have to pay now extra because they will late. And a arrive a day later at my destination.
Not except able.

I was not let in the bus by the drivers after they were one hour late siting that I'm intoxicated and they saw alcohol in the car that dropped me of at the station. The drivers wanted me to bribe them to be let in the bus. I explained to the drivers that the alcohol in the car is not mine and I don't even understand why they were peeping in my private car. None of my behaviour was indicative of being drunk and I don't understand why I was treated like that by the drivers.
