Terrible, no answer when phoning, offices was closed when trying to change departure, I lost my money as i couldn't make the bus and were unable to change departure date due to non existant customer service!

I booked for citiliner but it didn't come luckil.. In Greyhound bus they called my name.. When I wanted to hop in the bus they said I should wait for the second bus.. The second bus driver didn't allow me to get in the bus saying that the bus left me behind I should have traveled with the first one. As a first time traveler I panicked because I had connecting buses.. But then that second bus driver said I should travel with him as the first bus driver made a mistake by not all me to travel with him...
