ALSA Avignon Nice recent customer reviews
Okay okay service would say as excellent . It was very difficult to locate the departure location of the bus in Avignon. Driver did not speak English so it was very difficult to communicate. The bus was dirty- people were leaving their rubbish in the seat pockets- so one actually bothered to clean up behind them. People were not cooperative - when we arrived many of them were sitting 1 per row of 2 seats- but there was reluctance of the people to shift and allow people to sit in the empty seat next to them- they were extending across both the seats and sleeping- no rules about seat numbers - the front 2 seats were occupied by the other driver/guide who extended across 2 seats to sleep. Not very good experience

Very disappointed with ALSA. The pick up in Carpark is a joke. No sings, no facilites, no shelter and no people. The people doing the organization had no system. The bus was not direct. To charge to use the toilet is ridiculous. I will never use this company again and I will be telling my family and friends.
