J'ai voyagé de façon très sécuritaire, confortablement assise dans un environnement propre, un livre à la main.
Le conducteur a été très courtois, attentif à la route et très respectueux des règles de conduite.
Je recommande fortement Orléans Express!
There was some kind of tickets mix-up in the check-in computer system which almost denied some of us in the group to board the bus to our destination in Quebec city.
Wifi doesn’t work - why offer it as a service when it does not work? I always take the train but tried the bus and without internet it’s not worth it for me so I will not take the bus again, only trains
I loved it. Just wish I could have reserved a specific seat it advance. My partner and I arrived 15min before departure as indicated, but most seats were already taken so we could not sit together.
It's been a few since i start traveling with Orleans Exp.,really since i only swear by them, courteous personnel/driver,excellent riding.Really,i do not identify yet for my second time what i could complain about.
Only request is for bus advice to be in English also. Or all announcements sent in email prior to leaving if staff are not comfortable speaking English.
Wifi on the bus didn't work for me. But the bus was on time. The staff was friendly. And the train station was clean and organized. Took me exactly where I needed to go.
Really liked it, nice staff, but no announcements in English and that would have been helpful. It was very comfortable and clean, just a bit too cold because of the a/c, but a great trip anyway, would recommend it.
As far as the time is concerned, it’s not an issue as road traffic can affect the departure and arrival. Hence, I have no problems at all. The driver was marvellous, he was so helpful and was giving every single passenger his time ( 5 star). Actually, he guided us on where to walk down the bus in Quebec City. The only problem we had is that there’s were no signs illustrating the exact departure door at the station nor was there a digital sign mentioning the city of Quebec so we had ask the other passengers whether we were at the right place or not.
Great experience, we missed our bus because of a flight delay and the staff modified the ticket for us. Also the bus seats were very comfortable, way better to take the bus and see the beautiful views
Myself and my partner we’re travelling to Quebec for her birthday. We arrived at the bus terminal in Montreal 30mins early to find out when we are boarding our bus is cancelled due to weather yet buses prior to that were cancelled and no one contacted us. We rescheduled to 3pm from which yet again no staff contacted us stating our bus was cancelled which wasted our money and time. I now rescheduled for the following day and had to pay extra in taxis and in hotel Fees that I booked for the night. Have the decency to contact me and let me know it’s cancelled in advance when prior buses were cancelled and the weather wasn’t changing. Ridiculous!!! Let’s see if tomorrow happens at all.
