Greyhound Bakersfield Las Vegas recent customer reviews
The bus broke down, over heated, air conditioning wasn't working, wifi didn't work. I need to be reimbursed and compensated
Greyhound is a customer based business, as a customer we were made to stand in line for two hours waiting to go to Las Vegas. No one approached us to inform passengers what the delay was. Once aboard the bus the driver seemed tired and was crossing the white dividing line. I am appalled that Greyhound would endanger its passengers. I doubt that I will ever travel by Greyhound again.
I love the way your in and on the bus in no time. Never have i arrived late to any of my destinations. I've purchased tickets at their kios, on line or with thirdparties and their service is consistent.
