RegioJet was founded in 1996 by the young entrepreneur Radim Jančura as Student Agency, an agency for au pairs and student travel. Soon thereafter Radim copied the bus service he’d loved in the UK and started running scheduled buses between their hometown, Brno, and Prague.
In 2016, Student Agency rebranded itself as RegioJet, since it’s grown out of its student-focused business into one of the largest travel providers in Central Europe.
User reviews from travelers who booked their tickets with RegioJet4.3 out of 5 stars
The seats are a little bit small
Awesome. Looking forward to travel with them again
I did not receive any notification that the bus was delayed.
More breaks will be fine because the toilet capacity is poor for too many people and no proper sandwiches or odder food
The map added to the ticket does not show the exact location in Brussel the name of the street is not mentioned which obliges passangers to go and inform in the station since there is no one nor a indication sign at the stop. Not all passengers speak languages, so they get anxious.
RegioJet refused to honor my purchased ticket and I was forced to pay full price and purchase these tickets again in person.
An excellent bus service I have enjoyed a lot
Very good conditions...i enjoyed a delicious free hot chocolate
Very nice bustrop!
Lovely driver and mate. Always offering hot drinks. Very secure luggage service.
Modern, comfortable and well equipped bus. Staff was excellent - helpful and friendly. Free coffee a real bonus - some delays through Chunnel due to customs and traffic - nobody’s fault Would recommend
Bus arrived an hour late, and was two and a half hours late in arriving at destination. Also, no internet.
I was surprice how clean and comfortable was the bus. I really felt relax.thx
It was excellent.
Had a harrowing time in Budapest to find where exactly the bus will arrive. No kiosk. No one could tell where the exact stop is till the bus arrived. Very difficult for people with suitcases
The only problem was that I had to pay for 2 extra cabin bags. There was no credit card facility. I had tried to book on line in advance. Fortunately I just had enough Czech crowns
A really great service. It left on time and arrived early. Nice conscientious staff who spoke English, but patiently waited while I tried to speak Czech/Slovak. Very happy indeed!
Best bus company I ever used, you can watch TV, WiFi works and hot drinks are for free. Plus, was on time at every stop and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly
Safety belt on one seat wasn't working. At another seat the audio wasn't working. We were detained on the way for 40 minutes. The AC wasn't working properly
Great, but wifi only worked half of the trip
Best fuck ever. Would ride again.
The driver was fine. But the hostess was indifferent bordering on rude. Regio jet train your staff better!
Good service, left on time and arrived in London 30 mins late, this was due to unexpected traffic. Very happy with the journey and service provided.
Fantastic bus ride!
Always use regionjet, and always satisfied. been disappointed with some other carriers especially flixbus. so regiojet is the way to go
A sign "RegioJet" at bus stop would help to assure you are at right pick-up station.
