Greyhound Australia Brisbane Ballina recent customer reviews
The cost was reasonable for the trip.
The bus terminal was easy to access.
The seats were comfortable and overall I enjoyed the trip.
Going into the various places along the way to drop off or pick up passengers was interesting, as mostly when in driving mode ourselves we don't take time out to view the various places along the way.

There should be seats allocated to every passenger otherwise there is confusion about the no of passengers matching the bums on seats. We had one extra person and it would take too long to identify which seat was not marked off on drivers list. In other words maybe a “free loader” on board.

The buses are VERY comfortable, but maybe because I had a seat to myself. It might not be as comfortable if the bus was full.We had a few longish stops because we were running ahead of time but it gave me time to make a phone call or two. I don't like the awful food stops but I guess they are inevitable. I shall take my own food next time.
