Greyhound Australia Brisbane Byron Bay recent customer reviews
I enjoyed the puntuality of the service. What I did not was that I had a seat that could not stay in up right position (4C) I think it was partially broken. Another issue was that the driver slowed down too sudden in the stop lights, so it made us bumped ahead a few times.
I would have liked, that the driver would anounce the next stop.Perhaps he could also mention from his list the names of the passenger who will leave at the next station.
Staff were very friendly at the coach station while directing people where to go. The driver was also friendly and said if we needed anything he was here to help.
