The bus was unacceptably cold throughout, with no sign of heating! The driver was demanding and unfriendly. On a trip of that duration, I can’t understand why there is no toilet facility or even time at the one brief stop. Get into the 21st century!

We were very disappointed in our bus trip to Granada. It was a 6 hour ride with no bathroom, the bus was old, uncomfortable, and crowded. We stopped at several bus stops and the seats were small, uncomfortable, and we were very disappointed
