Driver was superb.
The man on the bus almost refused to let us get on because he didn’t understand that the woman that did our checkin did not give us the boarding card. He was very confused and rigid.
I was so frustrated with the quality of the bus that eurolines provided. there was no charging sockets, wifi, or even bottles of water. I have experienced a lot of autocars companies in europe, and this one was the worst.
Great ride and driver
One of the worst experiences ever. Staff made it difficult to skeep with their announcements and constant talking. It’s as if they had no concern for the customers they were supposed to be serving. Additionally, they ‘reserved’ the first two rows of seats. But it was only used to hold their own personal belongings while the rest of us who were cramped on the bus could have used the extra space. What I’ve learned is that the plane or train is worth the extra money.
