The journey was excellent. Very comfortable with drinks and snacks we had not expected.
Wonderful ride through the idyllic spanish countryside , it's hills and fields covered with rows upon rows of olives trees , their fruit a blessing to this land and country. Amen
clean and smooth ride
Need more phone charging plugs that’s it
It was a 5h journey but the driver drove rather smoothly. Didn't really feel like 5 hours as there was a stopover at a station for 30 mins where we could buy food.
Great seamless service
Clean, comfortable, excellent entertainment system at each seat, wonderful service!
we were travelling to madrid by bus for the first time we had ticket till mandaro alvaro bus station and at avendia americas station we were shouted upon to get out of the bus, we had a hard time getting our luggage, no one was at the information center nor driver could speak English, what we could hear was just the shouting by the driver as if we had committed some crime. There was no proper information about the stoppages at the tv screen inside the bus nor by the driver. somehow we managed to catch some other means to reach our destination.
It’s a comfy and safe trip
The staff almost threw my luggage on the ground and one wheel of my suitcase was broken. It made my trip awful and I had to buy a new suitcase and spend more time to sort this out.
Amazing!! The staff were absolutely incredible & made the trip so easy & relaxing! Would recommend it to anyone!
Slept through out the ride.
Pretty comfortable ride on double decker bus. Was air conditioned.
This service was excellent. Wish we had a service like this in the UK. Top value for money 😌
Wonderful trip complete with in-bus entertainment!
It was first time for me to ride ALSA bus, and hope to be not the last as am a tourist
Was very surprised by all the amenities on the premium bus! Meal, wine, movies & snacks. Overall very enjoyable trip!
We were fortunate to have booked early enough to get seats 1 & 2 on the top deck and so had a great view of the countryside between Granada and Madrid. Finding our way around the bus stations was straightforward and was well explained on the tickets. The bus was clean and functional. The loading of luggage was well done.
Traffic caused lateness
Just great service and easy to use
Smooth ride and great staff!
Great lunch stop on way
The ride was comfortable. We stopped midway for about 20-25 minutes for toliet break and get food/drinks. They had tvs with bilingual movies and tv shows. Helped pass the time of the trip.
Wasn’t sure if the toilet could be used as it was locked. Some signage in English will help people who can’t understand Spanish. The screen that I had for seat 29 did not work. Other than that punctuality was great. We arrived Madrid at exactly 2.30pm as stated.
A safe and comfortable ride at very reasonable prices
ALSA best bus service.
The driver recognize me and greets me when I'm about to onboard the bus and when we arrived in Madrid. Great driver.
Amazing driver,muchas gracias :)
Awesome bus ride and professional staff. However I believe I left something on the bus, does the bus have a lost and found or point of contact?
