A smooth confident and comfortable journey as always.
Excellent trip, no problems. Recommended highly.
I've made three journeys in the last week and all have been great
I found it all ok. The facilities were good. The wifi was good, as was the entertainment. My only issue was the driver. He pulled over early into the journey and told a passenger to stop eating and that no one was allowed to eat on the coach. Now I don't know about ALSA but every other coach I have taken around the world has never enforced a rule such as this. Adding to the fact that this journey was between 12pm and 3pm, it left a lot of us feeling very hungry and delaying any lunch we planned to have on our journey.
Good. I would like that i can eat in the bus. Some buses wouldnt have allowed
on time, clean
The plug at my seat did not work and to could not figure out how to access the internet. Seats were comfortable and the trip was easy.
Everything was fine.
Excellent way to travel.
Our trip from Granada to Seville was very easy to book online, we turned up 10 mins before and there was already an orderly queue but the bus left and arrived on time. The bus is much faster than the train and good value. The only improvement would have been
Excellent efficient service
No wifi on bus. Seats looked old. Aircon was not working properly
Good bus, on time, clean
We will come again
It is Punctual.
Comfortable seats, although not a lot of leg room in the front row. Great driver
The seats were comfortable, the ride was smooth and overall enjoyable.
Good value service..
As always excellent and efficient service
The most amazing way to travel in Spain between cities.
Rude staff and no one to help indicate which of the difference buses leaving at the same time to the same destination was ours. Also no staff to help put the luggage on the given compartiment of the bus, resulting in people throwing their stuff everywhere
Bus was good. Very pleasant driver. The bus itself was a bit cram (small space). Would be good to be able to charge electronic devices.
