For the 2nd running I ended up on the wrong bus ,the bus location was changed but the notice board had not been altered and what the drivers were shouting was being drowned out by the tannoy,Granada bus station is a joke
Worked fine with the bus tour.
Nice drive from Granada to Malaga , and on time.
Everything was brilliant.
No delayed always and some driver is kind
Timely, good price, easy to book online
Seats booked on internet were not valid when on the bus 12.00 on 13th october from Granada to Malaga. The bus had tecnical problems and we had to change bus on the way which caused a delay.
Chaotic at Granada!! But helpful driver and good trip into Malaga
Great way to get around. The bus driver was very courteous
Excellent customer service and great experience traveling from Arboleas to Granada then onto Malaga Airport who could learn a lot from Alsa about customer care!
Great service. Would highly recommend
Great, speedy journey. Only problem some travellers had seat numbers we didn’t and had to keep moving to other seats
Helpful, all round good service
Our 1djmxzb bus from Grenada /Malaga on 25th /9 broke down about 30kms from Malaga. We waited 2 hours at the side of the road for a replacement bus to arrive. We were nearer Malaga than Grenada . When it did arrive at 2.32 the driver offloaded the other passengers at Malaga bus station (3.05) and we and an English passenger were brought to the Airport at 3.30. While our flight to Dublin didn't leave til 4.10, we had missed the booking in of our 3 pieces of luggage. the check -in section for the Aer Lingus flight was closed. So, we missed the flight and were told we would have to pay a further levy of €150 to get on the next Aer Lingus flight to Dublin at 9.00. We had no choice but to pay the €150. . We consider Alsa liable for this €150 and we therefore demand a reimbursement of same amount. It was most disappointing . We have a signature of the driver agreeing that the time arriving at Malaga airport was 3.30p.m. All other three Alsa bus expierences were excellent.
Brilliant ...no complaints at all
Sin información durante 10 minutos, hasta que nos informaron que el bus venía con retraso, parimos 20 minutos después de la hora señalada
The driver was playing the radio the entire time and it was very loud and staticky. The passengers were unable to turn the radio off
Overall excellent. Thank you.
If the bus could come earlier, passengers could settle earlier and so could depart on time.
We experience a language barrier, previously, we asked if the drivers can speak english, and you said yes, but with our trip today, they couldn't help us.
I was cutting it very finely, but the bus driver was sympathetic and kibdly let me on! The bus trip itself was pleasant and comfortable, and we arrived promptly a few minutes ahead of schedule.
I love Alsa great seats, quiet passengers on time, will use again, have made many trips with this company
I could not travel that day but Alsa webpage made it difficult to change the travel date of the booking ( 5 days in advance ). I lost the money ( no show ).
