The ride took three hours extra - but it was very bad weather
we got stuck for more than 10 hours in the middle of nowhere for that bus ride from from Floripa to Iguana. So my whole day supposedly was wasted . we arrived evening. Instead I only have half day to visit the falls
The driver was very rough and the ride was very jolting as a result. The semi leito seats were very narrow compared to many others we have been on and when the seat in front fully reclined there was almost no leg room.
The bus was 5 hours late, the staff were very unhelpful and rude. We missed our connecting bus and have had to purchase a second bus ticket which has cost us another £160.
Very clean! Very nice stuff! I really liked that they we’re checking numbers on your bags to make sure no one else would take it, felt safe. Bus itself comfortable. I had sleeping place and got water and snack. Perfeito!
Check in and ticketing was easy and great. The first 12 hours or so we only had one long stop, then I fell asleep and we had a coffee break in the morning. Maybe I just misunderstood something
Higiene was ok. Personal very polite. But when I bought the ticket y said it has no stops. And the Expresso stopped more than 4 times.
And we where going to arrive today at 8 am . We will arrive 2 pm . Too late
Nordeste Space bus looked great from outside and seats were neat. Semi leito recliners upstairs are ok, but Leito recliners downstairs have more room and less bus motion. Wifi only worked for first couple of hours
We never reached Ciudad del Este because 2 members in Florianopolis told us to get off in Foz do Iguazú and take another bus of the same company to Ciudad del Este, but apparently once we arrived in Foz do Iguazu there was no more buses to go to Ciudad del Este. We asked to another member of the staff the time we were supposed to take the coincidence but at the first time she told us that we needed to get a taxi to go to the garage and then when we asked her again if the address was alright she told us that we missed definetely the bus. She couldn’t communicate with us rather than Portuguese, not even Spanish.
At the end we paid from our pocket a city bus to Ciudad del Este avoiding to spend our day in the terminal of Foz do Iguazu.
Worst experience ever.
Was emailed saying needed to print tickets so had to run around to find somewhere to print tickets. Get to bus terminal and they didn't want to look at the tickets just passports. Then after arriving at the the destination over 2 hours late went to collect my bag only to find it covered in spew. On the plus side was a nice bus.
We took a 16hr overnight bus trip. There were no blankets or pillows offered and it was cold on the bus, also no food or beverages were offered. We didn’t see any staff throughout the trip.
The seats were comfortable though
Very comfy bus, stopped at a good amount but not too many service stations. The driver always told us how long we had at each stop. Also perfectly on time.
The bus was two hours late arriving at the destination, the WIFI did not function, there was no trash collection or a place to dispose of it for 28(!) hours, the bathrooms became unusable and the staff was indifferent.
I've been traveling by buses for a long time now and this was by far the worst experience.
The bus was very comfortable. Although we arrived one and a half hour late, we were very satisfied with the trip. The seats were very comfortable to sleep in and we were happy that the bus made some stops along the way.
