We had a good trip. The seats were very comfortable and the ride was nice. We arrived one hour late because of the traffic jam, but nobody can do anything about it.

Over an hour late, terrible organization in the Rio platforms. The assistants didn't know which or when our bus will be redirecting several customers to wrong buses, and then upon arriving the bus, all seats were incorrect. The bus was old and uncomfortable. My experience with Util in Belo Horizonte was much better.
