Everything was very nice i arrived about 40 min late due to traffic but over all a good experience
Buses brake down on to many trips. Last trip buss stalled out in the center lane of the Thruway. I wouldn't ride Greyhound again.
GW Bridge bus terminal was great. Bus was 2 hours late. Pleasant trip once it arrived.
I had an hour to change buses in port authority. I spent over an hour in the queue for customer services because the machines gave an error code when attempting to print my ticket. I therefore missed my bus and had to wait 5 hours for the next one. This the second time I have fallen for this scam of a company. Apparently this happens all the time according to customer services, something to do with it "booking the bus but not the time slot" which sounds made up on the spot. Don't know whether it is bus bud's fault, greyhounds, or both. And everything smells like piss just to top off the experience.
The bus arrived at the terminal ten minutes after the scheduled departure time.
You sold me a ticket for 11:00am that was actually for 11:30am and arrived over 20 minutes after the declared time. Had I had accurate information, I would have had time to shave that morning.
First I must sY that Ivy at the printing of ticket section was good and also the driver. I had no clue that the tickets hD to be printed. Being a foreigner I hD it on my phone. Then no internet. Had to run almost missed the coach. Ivy helped. U need th stat this clearly. It was the Holy Ghost that prompted me to turn my phone on at 4:10pm. Thank you Jesus!
The bus drivers were on time and courteous, the buses were clean.
Coming home there was barely any air conditioning. Driver stopped for ice cream . That was nice but it delayed arrival time. Y seatbelt was broke . My seat uncomfortable.
The way the bus drivers try to enforce the rule of no speaking on cell phones need to be reevlauated. Maybe even giving a reason for why, instead of treating paying customers (adults) like they're children would be helpful. To instruct people to talk low while on the phone, versus saying "limit any call to 30 seconds" or calling people out who are on the phone and threatening to stop the bus is unprofessional and childish.
It was ok
Not enough leg room on the greyhound bus. Twice the bus arrived late by 40 minutes .
My trip to Albany was perfect. Great driver. My trip back to NYC was timely. The driver put his personal items in the front seat. I would have enjoyed the trip home more if I could have sat in front. He refused to move his items so I had no choice but to sit in the second row. I feel I paid for any seat that is open and the drivers personal items shouldn’t be in passenger seats.
Willing bus driver, he did what he could and even in the heavy traffic we got in our place in time. I recommend it.
It's a good service you can depend on
Bought an 11pm bus and was exepext to arrive in Albany by 1:30am. The bus was 30 minutes late at Port authority,l. They then loaded us on a Montreal bus (which is fine) however that bus had scheduled stops throughout the ride pushing arrival to 2:30am. This is very inconsiderate of riders traveling at this hour, and there was not even a formal apology at any point in this ordeal
It's a pity that we have to change buses to go to SUNY Albany, but otherwise, all good. Wifi somehow unstable.
Horrible Customer Service and beyond unorganized.
The workers were rude and disgusting.
Keep up the good work! ! !
Bus left and arrive on time, bus driver made sure to let riders know courtesy rules. Covers everything I need
I almost always have a very positive experience.
Positive almost always.
Great. We arrived early.
Allowing to watch streamline through wifi would be nice.
One and half late behind schedule and no reason was given.
Keep up the GOOD WORK! ! !
