I travel to Albany often & each time the driver is late. Which isn’t good I have timed visits at Albany hospital with my husband certain hours I need to be in attendance. Today I was able to see my husband got 2 hours. I had to cut my visit short because my return trip was at 3:30pm. This is totally a problem for me.
The driver was awesome but your bathroom was dirty
I am extremely satisfied with Greyhound, i have traveled several times in the last two months using Greyhound and the Driver is why I am so satisfied, he's very polite, always smiling, and always exceeds my expectations in getting me to my destination either ahead of time or right on time.
It was a quick and great ride
I have been using AdirondacksTrailways for years. The line is reasonably priced with good service. there are changes i am not happy with. Now if your have to change the bus time there is a $20 charge for the change. Also the holiday charges are now outrageous.
My trip was great. However, the driver was not friendly in person or over the mic. He spoke to the passengers like we were kids. He kept repeating himself and would yell words like “ lower”. He could have not stayed professional but do it in a nice manner.
I would recommend it to everyone
Great service comfortable ride I don't and will not do it with anybody else keep the good work up
Stinking, nothing else about that trip with greyhound. I’ll never travel with greyhound as if I have an other choice
It’s ok but the bus sounds as if there were screws loose and the air conditioner was too high.
The drive to Albany was very nice, the bathroom was a little smelly but over all no complaints except it was very cold on the bus.
Trip was okay, bathroom had no light which was very disappointing. Driver was too straight forward which came off as rude
I Michael Chauncey rise Greyhound bus 3 time a month it's the only way to travel keep the good work out and I will keep being your customer
Excellent service despite the slight delay!
The bus was packed and dirty. The seat in front of me was literally stitched together. I was sitting in the seat closest to the bathroom and the door kept swinging open. The bus stopped about 1 hour into our journey because the tires were over heating and we had to wait until they cooled down. We were stopped for close to an hour. I arrived at my destination shortly before 7 pm when I was meant to arrive at 5 pm. I was also uncomfortable the entire journey because the seats were uncomfortable.
The bus was 30 to 35 late
Nothing to complain.
Ticket agent was very helpful as were the staff at the bus itself. Very professional.
Staff was extremely helpful and super sweet. Bus didn’t have WiFi or outlets but that’s the only negative thing about the entire experience.
Bus was an hour and 30 minutes late, and l think they oversold the trip., too many people. Also, the staff did not give any information to passengers about the ststus of the bus.
The bus was cancelled due to the storm in Albany.
Everything was very nice i arrived about 40 min late due to traffic but over all a good experience
Buses brake down on to many trips. Last trip buss stalled out in the center lane of the Thruway. I wouldn't ride Greyhound again.
GW Bridge bus terminal was great. Bus was 2 hours late. Pleasant trip once it arrived.
I had an hour to change buses in port authority. I spent over an hour in the queue for customer services because the machines gave an error code when attempting to print my ticket. I therefore missed my bus and had to wait 5 hours for the next one. This the second time I have fallen for this scam of a company. Apparently this happens all the time according to customer services, something to do with it "booking the bus but not the time slot" which sounds made up on the spot. Don't know whether it is bus bud's fault, greyhounds, or both. And everything smells like piss just to top off the experience.
The bus arrived at the terminal ten minutes after the scheduled departure time.
