Honestly, the experience going up there was really awful. The bus left an hour and a half late.
Chris driver was great!
The bus was overbooked and left 19 passengers behind, got on another bus 1h later, overall got from Baltimore to NY 2h later.
Terrible service the worst experience . Delayed for hours over booked . Terrible customer service . Terrible ride . Over packed. Driver smell cigarettes . Never using greyhound again
The trip from Baltimore to New York City was terrible. The bus smelled like a portable toilet the whole way from the time we got in until we got off in New York. The bus driver did not really seemed to concerned about it. On the way back as we had an hour delay in New York just like in 2014, You would think that after two years Greyhound would do something with it's organization. In both buses the seat were torn and worn out. I will not suggest Greyhound to anyone. If they do not care then why should we pay for such bad service.
