Peter Pan worked as it should. Easy to board with my online ticket. There was no staff member available for us to check in but it turns out we didn’t really need to do anything. I wasn’t sure how I would be notified when the bus was there but a line of people stood up at 717 (for the 720 bus) and I asked them. Ans then we were called over a very fuzzy indiscernible PA system. After that it was smooth sailing. Safe driver. Cozy ride. No baggage fees :)
The ticket for mr.vivian howlett i purchase the ticket for him for 1pm he was at the bus station for a very longtime an didn't see any peter pan bus to come to new york so the ticket wasn't use.heres the confirmation on that ticket 5435980. So would a exchange for that ticket for tomorrow either 1mp are 4pm for him would like it for 4pm thank u.
Being a senior and on fixed income, I appreciate discount given, I was unable to receive that benefit when applying on line, their is no agent at the Baltimore office. Not good!

Regardless of the Drivers Request.
Your Driver isn't forcefull, not really paying attention to the Rules
I've taken the bus many times in the past and don't have the best experience but this was honestly one of the best experiences I've had. The driver was on time, professional and got us there 5 mins earlier than the arrival time. I will definitely take BOLT bus again
Someone stole my phone on the bus! And they said they could not do anything about it. The bus driver was very nice thought and helped me look for it. But when he spoke to his supervisor she told him that there was nothing they could do to help me out. disappointing.
I appreciate there service. But, I do mind their descrimination in terms of rate. One of my friends got the ticket for 1 USD and I got it for 23 USD. Prices should be high for all or low for all. Treat everybody same.
Best Regards,
Haris Asif
Very disappointed. Bus was extremely late. Not allowed to board another bus. Bus arrived late & driver stood around chatting for at least 30 minutes before we could board. Finally left & our express bus stopped 3 times. Once for the driver to visit a travel plaza & we parked twice after toll booths without an explanation.
there was no information that the bus will be late by 2 hrs. and that it will NOT be a BOLTBUS but a Greyhound bus which replaced it, we almost missed the alternative bus (greyhound) good thing the driver was kind enough to ask us where we were heading.
Customer Volume may continuously change per Holiday Dates as the Future may always have some level of uncertainty. Customer/Driver Service I still rate as EXCELLENT! . . .
Overall the experience was terrible the bus driver was singing the entire time which was hard to sleep in and the driver was being rude to customers by telling them to be quiet. I was very disappointed
Very late and no response to passengers. Atleast should have emailed or texted that the bus was going to be late. We did not know whether the bus has left Baltimore already. It was stressful
Well the bus driver was polite, excellent in his driving, but when we got the the tunnel here in NYC, the traffic was backed up, so we were late because of that, nothing else, very good ride besides all that.
I’m very disappointed I bought tickets for a bus at 7 and it didn’t get there till almost 9 then we still didn’t get there for almost 4 hours when it was supposed to be a 3 hour ride
Interior is cramped. Couldn't understand the driver's accent. A bit warm on the bus. WiFi was slow. Couldn't download email. No curbside shelter in NYC and it was raining on arrival. Not the most pleasant experience.
This was my first time traveling with Peter Pan. The driver was nice and pleasant. I cannot day the same for the bus it self.. It had a very bad smell. That was my only problem. We left a few minutes late but it was because the driver was trying to help a customer, which I thought was very nice of him.
The bus was very good quality. There was ac and free WiFi for their personal movies (which actually worked)! It was only late to my final destination because there was traffic on the way to new york
No AC. We were obliged to stop when the interior reached 100 degrees Fahrenheit. The bus driver did his best to deal with disgruntled passengers and the bus. A couple hours later a "rescue bus" came. Got into Manhattan two hours late.
Terrible customer service. Our bus was delayed indefinitely and we were never told for how long or why it was delayed and all questions to Greyhound staff were met with a “I don’t know.” Fire the first 2 hours the bus was late there was only one person working behind the counter. We were told the supervisor simply “wasn’t there.” When the supervisor finally did arrive, she still did not make any announcements but we found out that there was a mechanical problem that should be fixed soon. After 4 and a half hours, my party and I decided to buy Peter Pan. Unsure if our bus ever arrived.
The trip was great going from Baltimore to NYC. The return trip from NYC to Baltimore was totally unacceptable. The bus was over a hour late and the destination for the return drop off was changed with no explanation. We were left off at a greyhound station some where in downtown Baltimore around midnight. Bolt really should return my money for the return trip. There was no communication at all and the customer service was horrible.
