Bus left Sao Paulo over an hour late, during which time it disappeared from the departure board and there was no communication. Lots of panicked and confused passengers. If then arrived 3 hours later than advertised, making stops both unnecessarily frequently and too long
The bus was on time for both departure and arrival. The drivers were friendly. Unfortunately, we weren't allocated the seats I selected when booking my trip. I chose the two front seats behind the driver. But was given the two seats at the toilet at the back. My seat wouldn't recline fully and the person in front of mine, his seat seemed to be broken as he was declined more than anyone else on the bus. This made it impossible for me to cross my legs and difficult for me to get in and out of the chair.
There were drunk and mentally unstable people on the bus. It was disturbing. They were loud and crazy all night long. The driver tried to handle it but could only do so much. I was really unhappy with the experience. 18 hours of yelling people becomes annoying and bothersome

There wasn't any water to get on the bus, the wifi didn't work and in the back was so intolarable to sit because of the heat. Me and my friend had to move seats, so luckily for us there were other seats to take. Other than this it was ok. Good drivers.
Very disappointed with the service by Pluma Bus. Instead of having to spend 15 (which is already long enough to be on a bus) we had to spend 21 hours. We spent 4 hours on the side of the road broken down in complete darkness after just 5 hours into the journey! No one informed us...not even the driver. We had to ask another Portuguese speaking passsenger on the bus for information. To bad honest the service wasn't good enough. None of the lights on the inside of the bus worked even when the bus was "working".
Instead of arriving into Iguassu Falls at 6AM as planned we arrived in 5 hours later at 11. We had planned a full day tour to Iguassu today and have missed that chance. Not only that but we now are out of money as we have to pay for an extra night in our hotel. So we have lost a day of our travels and out of pocket also. Not even an apology was given by Pluma Bus. I feel very aggreived by this whole situation and would be interested in taking it further please.
The wifi in the bus was not working through out the journey. There were no cell phone charging ports. The bus was not clean and it was stinking. Not suitable for such a long journey of 16 hours given 75 USD fare, kind of equivalent to a flight ticket.
