Excellent service, very polite driver and enjoyed the overall journey. Only negative point was that the original pickup time changed from 12:45 to 12:10 yet the bus didn't arrive until 12:30 without any additional information on the delay. It was not as problem to wait, just slightly stressful thinking that something had gone wrong. For future reference, your customers would enjoy a proactive notification to inform of similar delays. Otherwise the experience was great and I would highly recommend the service

It was confusing because I booked for Fairy Bus but a different company showed up. It was only by chance that I asked another traveller about her bus and she spoke to the driver for me who had me on his list. Otherwise I would have missed the bus! There was nothing in my confirmation email about this. Also the pickup location was my hotel but he parked much further down the road. Just need to be clearer with the details!

The bus or the car was 30 min late for what been informed. There was no information about that and there was nobody in the desk in the airport. The ride itself was really good even if it wasn't a bus but a car.
