Bus Tickets from Canmore to Calgary International Airport

The driver was on time courteous and was a very safe driver. I was very happy with the services and we use again.

The driver was good, the bus comfortable, but I didn't like to be stranded at the Petro Canada gas station instead of being brought to the Crowfoot LRT station. The good point about public transportation is to help passengers and their luggage. The start from Canmore should coincide wit the Roam bus at the Benchland station. The arrival in Calgary should be at the LRT, like other companies, better still in a downtown location with more public choices. It's lucky that I had a phone to contact the person who picked me up in a different place.

Pick and drop off went smoothly. Driver was very friendly and I felt driving was safe.

Our driver couldn't have been more helpful, especially as one in the group is disabled. I would be happy to book again as the minibus was comfortable and clean. The pickup was easy and convenient.

The trip was exceptional. The vehicle was spotless and JJ made it feel like I had been picked up by a friend. I was picked up on time and dropped off at the airport without any delays.

The pickup time is on schedule, and the ride has been very smooth. The driver was extremely kind and even helped us load our luggage.

Safe transportation was good. It would be nice to know if the bus was late for about xx mins or just left xxx. Waiting on a road where no representatives to check in with can be stressful for some. AC in the vehicle was not working properly. It was very warm inside of the car. Even a little fan would’ve helped.

Excellent service. We arrived at pick up spot early and were able to arrange an earlier pick up. Even got direct drop off to our airport hotel. Very friendly and accommodating.

What I liked was that he was on time for the pickup, but what I didn’t like was that he didn’t know the correct drop-off location for international flights. He dropped me off at the domestic area, even though I told him it wasn’t the right spot. There was a sign for WestJet, but it wasn’t for international.

The bus arrived late for my pickup from Canmore to Calgary. Seems like it happens a lot

I had a good experience from Calgary to Canmore. However, a stressful situation from Canmore to Calgary. We called the day before to confirm the schedule. And the agent confirmed the schedule. However, they did not show up, and we called 20 minutes later. The agent was not clear and told us the next one would come at 11:30 am. He did not confirm our name or ticket number. We were nervous and stressed. Another agent called us and told us that they sent an email stating that the bus will come at 8:30 am instead of 9:20 am. I did not check my email because I thought it was confirmed. I was upset because they should have called or texted us for the schedule change. The agent arranged another shuttle bus to pick us up in ten minutes. We arrived at the airport. However, we paid extra for the roaming fees to make the call, waited one hour in the cold, and faced a lot of stress.

All good except the pick up location was not clear as well as the vehicle to look for. After that initial setback, everything went well. I appreciate that when I called to clarify the location and vehicle, it was quickly answered.

I have really enjoyed staying in Canmore and travelling to Banff. The passenger transport system runs on time a d provides timely alerts.
