Our Driver came into the Airport to let us know he was there, escorted us to the bus. Very friendly and courteous, right on time! The Weather was quite bad and we always felt very safe as he was driving to the road conditions. Bus lovely and clean, arrived on time in Canmore. Would definitely use this service again and would recommend to our Family and Friends.

We made it safely however driving 80 in a 60 zone on a curvy ramp was disturbing and I spoke up to the driver to slow down and he did. Also, he was texting while driving and I did not feel safe.

Although my scheduled trip was cancelled but the dispatcher I called (5pm of May 3rd '25) was very helpful and courteous and arranged my trip after. The situation was out of his hand but he was able to fix it. The driver who fetch up me was very great and polite to all passenger. He drove very safely. Those two personel were fantastic! Keep up the good work!
