Driver was amazing. I almost didn't get the bus. Was waiting were I was told to be at the mount royal by the back door. The driver saw me waiting. Asked me who I was . Drove over and loaded my stuff on. Awesome guy. And funny
We were told to be at the stop between 30 and 45 minutes before departure time. The minibus appeared 10 minutes after departure time with a dangerously cracked windscreen and a driver who spent most of his time on his mobile. We thought we would be taken straight to the airport but were treated to a trip via Canmore for a passenger who didn’t turn up and via a park and ride car park outside Calgary to drop two passengers off. Dropped at the airport amazingly on time but without a word of how to access the terminal.
Driver was great and on time. However the bus is heating up a lot in the back and the suspension made every bump on the road feel horrible. The bus needs maintenance.
The bus was supposed to pick me up at 9:40, it didn’t arrive until 11:00 pm. The pick up area is far from a space to keep clients warm on cold days and being a woman alone in the dark and cold, it was very nerve racking. The positive is the staff over the phone, the person called me to 2 after hours to ensure to me that the bus was coming. I had a flight at Calgary airport at 8:00 and I was worried to miss it. I didn’t return to my hotel until 1:10 am
Bus left late because we were waiting for guests who were late to the bus stop. The bus was very clean and the driver, Norm, was very friendly and helpful.
Late, with no form of apology or recognition from the driver. Probably not his fault which is fine but he at least could have apologised for or recognised the inconvenience
The driver was extremely reckless while driving. He was constantly above the speed limit, in the dark, and he held his phone up to check a message or record a voice note several times. I felt unsafe in the vehicle to the point I couldn’t relax because I was worried about the speed we were going. The driver also tailgated (drove too close to the car in front) several times. While we made it to Calgary ahead of schedule, it was at the expense of safety (in my opinion) and comfort.
No communication when the bus was over an hour late, second time this has happened in a few weeks. Won’t be using this bus service ever again. I recommend no one else does either unless you’re prepared to be very late
The driver was very courteous and helpful. He found us waiting in the hotel as we were told the bus would pull in under the breeze way. However, the bus itself was very uncomfortable. We FELT every bump in the road. It needs some serious shock absorber attention.
Very good way to get between Banff and Calgary. Late arrival no result of poor service, simply traffic issues, found booking process easy and complete. Driver very courteous, friendly and safe. As well the rate was affordable, so all in all a good experience.
Our bus was over 20 minutes late. There was no clear sign where the bus should be picking us up from which left us worried that we were stranded in Banff. I tried to call customer service provided on the email with no answer and there was no way of tracking the bus. We are not from Canada so this left us feeling very uneasy. Luckily as I was on the way to the police station to explain our situation I saw the bus coming down the road. When we explained to the bus driver lady we were worried we were stranded, she simply shrugged. This was very frustrating, because as previously mentioned we are not local and felt unsafe as it was late at night.
Should indicate in the ticket exactly where u are waiting for passengers. Waited at brewster depot terminal area but nothing was there. I called customer hotline but he could not do anything about it. He said the place was indicated in the ticket. Seems he dont have idea of the place. Will never ride again.
It was quite funny that by the time we had booked the bus trip the place of destination had changed n we were not notified. We were lucky we were able to let our friends know the new location of pick up n drop off
They made us come 30 minutes earlier than planned to at the end arriving at the original time. We had to wait in the cold and rain at 5am for no reasons
