Bus Tickets from Calgary International Airport (YYC) to Banff

The driver was very friendly and shared us some interesting facts and stories about rocky mountains!

I was disappointed in every way, except for the polite voice and attitude of the driver. 1. The bus was 55minutes late(cutting into my 48hour trip), while the neighbouring company had two buses come and go. 2. The bus itself was old, dirty, only lap seatbelts, no suspension, the door flapped/rattled l the whole ride and cold air blowing in. 3. No music. 4. Hard seats. 5. It was SO noisy - couldn’t even speak to the other 3 people on the bus without raising my voice - combo of hearing every bump in the road and the door banging I guess. 6. The bus had NO suspension- every bump hurt my back and jarred my head. Super unprofessional mode of transportation- for a very high price. Not satisfied at all.

The bus was less than half full so I'm glad the system assigned me the pair of seats for myself which made the trip comfortable. The downside was there was no holder or pocket on the back of the seat for your water. For a charging, make sure it is a USB connecting which I didn't know. And lastly, connected to their Wifi but it said no internet when I bought the ticket which said there was. So download your shows prior.

Love the punctuality of the bus driver and overall the cleanliness of the bus and how spacious it was.

Awful. bus didn't show up and when i called help line they claimed it had. i had arrived at (correct) bus stop 30 minutes early.

I have an amazing experience. The bus driver was great and had an amazing personality. I would definitely ride with Red Arrow again.

The experience with the bus service was good and seamless. The driver was also very friendly.

Was told the bus would be 20-25 minutes late. Despite calling and asking for an update once the 25 mins had passed I was sent to voicemail twice. Bus finally arrived 40 minutes late. Driver was on his phone and distracted as well at multiple points. Ridiculous, this has happened multiple times with this company

On time and clean vehicle! The only confusing thing is the vehicle having a different label than our ticket. Perhaps a disclaimer on the ticket that they are sister companies could help with confusion.

It was a lovely day. The drivers arrived in time for both journeys. It made the day as part of my holiday.

Poor signage/pick up instructions. Dropped me off 20 minutes from where I asked.

The bus service was excellent. I had a very comfortable trip, and the driver was very kind, polite, and helpful throughout the journey. I really appreciated the great service.

The pick up point instructions were very confusing, I got an email with a pin saying one part of the car park but when I got there, the bus actually stopped at a different part of the car park, I even phoned up and asked where the bus would be stopping at and the guy on the phone had no clue he told me the same location as the email but that location was wrong, also my bus arrived to Banff an hour after it was supposed to, there was no traffic on the road?

There was a wrong pick up point related to the driver and we were at the emailed pick up point 30 minutes before the scheduled time. Fortunately another passenger for that trip was able to get in touch with the driver and we moved from arrival to departure area from the airport as pick up point. Very serious and basic mistake that could have caused us serious consequences as we have very limited access to communications at that stage.

Great price, drive was great. Little tricky to find the pickup spot at crowfoot station but the helpline was helpful and I didn’t realize I received a detailed pickup instruction prior to pickup. Just a little hard to spot

Jam was very helpful in dropping me off at my accommodation. I was confused as to which side of Cowsnest station ws the pick up point. The signage could be better.

Great service from start to finish. When I arrived at the counter in Calgary Airport, the staff member kindly offered to store my bags behind the counter so I could grab a coffee and relax during my 45-minute wait—such a thoughtful touch that made a big difference instead of having to drag my luggage around. The driver, Red, was excellent as well. He shared helpful tour information and gave us great insights about Banff and Canmore along the way. Friendly, knowledgeable, and professional—overall a really positive experience.

the shuttle was canceled and they said we could go on another shuttle company. when we showed up they said they didn't have us on that shuttle

Imessage was used for communication which is good that if someone do not have a canada phone number

It was a fantastic ride. He was flexible dropping me close to the house. I suggest passengers to please communicate before hand about your drop off location. Some people requested to change their drop off after reaching at the drop off. They are just wasting other people’s time.

The driver did not come to the pick up point, I kept running around the airport for a whole hour, no calls from the driver no shuttles at the pick up location

The shuttle was nice and comfortable. What made the trip truly memorable was the driver, Joe. Very kind, sociable, and friendly. Gave me lots of tips and tricks

We could not find them at the airport and when we rang them they were so helpful and picked us up early!!

Really friendly drivers, especially the bloke from south India whose name I can’t quite remember. Great experience would definitely use again!
