A very reliable Bus Company with a nice and friendly Staff .
Impressed with the staff - handled issues with people with invalid tests in a great manner. Only (and the biggest) issue - in a Covid times some people needed to seat next to each other
Sindbad is ok with nice driver as well.
Overall the experience was average, problem language was high, Sinbad should implement another international language for travelers who are not local.

The busses are very comfortabel.
Only one point of criticism: the long waiting times at stops (changing bus).
the reason of late was coronovirus
Staff struggled under the large number of passengers needing to board due to ongoing circumstances in Poland. Passengers were split up from friends and family. However everyone reached their destination earlier than advertised and most importantly escaped poland before the borders closed so all in all can't complain.

The bus arrived more than one hour late. Had to wait outside in the cold because it doesn't seem they have any communication with the bus terminals they operate with. Arrived in Copenhagen more than two hours late. Not reliable.
The price is reasonable for the money and organisation of moving luggage was good, but communication was terrible, seat allocation was poor and facilities lacking. There was no indication on the ticket that I would have to split the journey at Slubice. When the bus to Slubice arrived, instructions were only given in Polish, meaning I almost missed the bus since I had no idea it was my bus. By luck, I saw someone with a British passport in the queue for the Slubice and then asked so found out it was my bus. The allocation of seats was inefficient and slow. On the bus from Waraw, I was given a note saying the number of the next bus, but not my next seat number. When I got on the bus in Slubice, all the other passengers seemed to already have seat numbers. Allocating seats in advance, or having an electronic system, would have made this process a lot more efficient. Communication on the bus for any non-Polish speakers was non existent. Despite the conductors knowing I was not a Polish speaker and having spoken to me in English when I got on the bus, all other announcements were made only in Polish. This meant I had no idea what stand to go to in Slubice, what time the bus would leave, how long we had to wait at different stops, why we were delayed or how many additional stops were being added. The number of stops seems completely ilogical. From Warsaw to Slubice, we stopped almost every hour, and then again from Dover to Coventry we were constantly stopping. A loud film at 21:30 across the whole bus was unecessary and inconsiderate, at a time when many passengers wanted to sleep. Finally, despite advertising online wi-fi, the wifi did not work on the bus Slubice to Coventry.
Staff is nice despite inability to speak English.

I enjoyed the bus ride. I would have rated 5 stars if the bus was on time. I had an overall pleasant experience.
Overall it was a good trip though I feel it could be done in fewer hours, some key announcements could be made in English for the benefit of non-Polish speakers.
First bus we were on said we didn’t have to transfer to another bus; however two hours in we were told we were on the wrong bus and we needed to get onto another bus. Thankfully, the bus we needed to be on didn’t leave that station yet. WiFi on the bus was really bad. But the attendant on bus 34 was very helpful and nice.
No worries apart from the fact that the coach wi-fi didn't work until we got to Poland.
