There is not enough legroom for such a long journey.
the coach was clean and a driver was very profesional on my journey from london to brussels
Lovely driver and mate. Always offering hot drinks. Very secure luggage service.
Bus arrived an hour late, and was two and a half hours late in arriving at destination. Also, no internet.
i was very dirty and bad smeling and we had problems with passengers behaviour + the driver was rude and not helpful all
The toilet is not hygienic. No soap to wash the hands after toileting.
Reliable and trustworthy
The outward journey was slow because of the use of the ferry and not Eurotunnel. The return bus went off late by about an hour, and the return trip took 8 hours with stops for cigarettes and diversions to drop off 3 passengers in Dover then back to Folkestone. Perhaps next time the coach will drop me in West London?
Vert good. With nice services!
I was very satisfied with National Express as the service received was very efficient and very good as a result I planned to travel with National Express very often.
Because of lack of announcement we missed out bus.. and the staffs were lying that they announced.. total carelessness from the staff and I dint feel welcomed when interacting with them.. additionally they fined me for another changing my booking while I should have been refunded for staff carelessness.. now I have decided never to use Euroline and will never recommend it to any of my friends and family.. until I here back for my feedback..
Nice service Good Driver frindley
Its was wonderful
The bus was advertised as having toilets but they were 'occupied' / locked the entire 8 hour trip. My partner spent those 8 hours in agony. Not this company's fault, only the bus's.
Very bad service, very bad trip in general, never again going to use this company again.
So disappointed with the service! Waited more than 3 hours at the station with no explanation or apology of the delay. Arrived at the destination with 5 hour delay. I will think twice booking with ouibus in the future. Bad experience!!!
