Crew were very friendly, driving good. Bus quite comfortable, toilet well maintained. I was sorry to have to cross the Channel with P&O after their terrible treatment of employees. The bus delays may have been worse than I say, but I didn't note the times.
Bus arrived late with 1h late. We have been notified for this late.
However bus arrived with no announcement and leaving behind 15 people.
I had a plane to take after in Paris that I have missed and therefore lost about 1100 euros
I didn't expect we would be using the ferry. The bus missed the correct so we arrived 1hr 20mins late. This gave my friends 2 mins to get their onward bus to Lyon, without time for a drink or toilet break, and I missed my train connection and had to buy another ticket.
Horrible experience. My bag was taken by another person on the bus. The driver just basically blew me off, with no solution.. I’m from a whole different country... there was no regard for my lost belongings. He didn’t even give me a number to call for lost or stolen items.
The bus was very cramped. Leg room was minimal and uncomfortable. No WiFi. It was warm going through the Chunnel. Both drivers would slam the brakes frequently. In their defense, we were late because a passenger had not returned on time after a break, and also because of traffic instead Paris.
The bus was very tight with no wifi or charging. It didn’t help we followed another bus company to Paris that had big signs in the window ‘extended legroom’ and ‘free WiFi’. This bus wasn’t branded and seemed like a rental bus. There was chewed up gum on my tray table. There was no ferry at the time the bus was booked so we waited in Dover for hours. The driver was great though and kept us informed of the delays.
The driver didn’t communicate on why the bus wasn’t moving. We were not told what happened at all. The bus couldn’t start n let us stay on without informing us.!even when the driver manage to get it started we were not told anything or any apology.
The driver has been not making any sense to refuse depart, only because he wanted one customer to get off the bus, otherwise he won't drive. Finally he got the customer kicked out, and he was very happy like winning.
I cancel the trip and the operator 1, I call more them 8 times and no one spoke eng or they dident want 2, when I finely got one it was to late to get any redound so I will not juse your services newer again
