The person checking tickets, very rude. Claimed would not accept screen shots of ticket, only print out. Told adults very loudly to get into a line with print out tickets ready for boarding. Repeatedly saying I will not accept screen shot of ticket Needs to work on PR Also no wifi on coach

The ticket had no pick up terminal in Dublin airport and had not shown I was riding with Dublin express so I had great difficulty in finding who I was riding eventually I got directed to Dublin express and just made it on time by one minute after looking a hour for my pick up terminal
