Only positive was the departure from Lima on time. Bus was very shabby , the bus stops anywhere and takes additional people from the road, wifi didn‘t work, there was 35C in the bus when it was leaving, AC very weak.
Not very clean. We cam to paracas with 1h delay

The TV was on the whole time and the sound was incredibly loud even tough nobody was watching. My noice canceling headphones could not handle it. Why ruin the nice bus ride with noisy and bad movies?

Lima to Paracas express. Made several stops along the way to fill the bus so wasn't exactly express.b also stopped in Pisco. Terminal is hectic and difficult to get to with traffic.
Bus was clean and comfortable though. Would use again.

I arrived 3.33am and they didn’t leave to take the bus. The bus was on place, I got in and the bus started to move. The driver was opening the door for me but the lady outside wave to him saying just keep going on. I had to buy another ticket and they were not helpful.

Terminals are organised with cafe, luggage counter and check in counter. Staff speak very little English but are friendly and we managed with my limited Spanish. Bus was comfortable, wifi sometimes good othertimes not. Curtains good. My dads chair was broken unfortunately. Toilet on board- reasonably clean for a bus toilet. Professional overall.
