I arrived 3.33am and they didn’t leave to take the bus. The bus was on place, I got in and the bus started to move. The driver was opening the door for me but the lady outside wave to him saying just keep going on. I had to buy another ticket and they were not helpful.
There’s a big issue about how air conditioning works.. its always at maximum power when there’s no need to.. it was freezing the whole way from Lima to Paracas and we asked many times to just put up the temperature or the level of the fans and there was no way to get it done..
We were board by the crew to a previous bus and our luggage was board in our actual bus time reservation (the following bus). Which means that the bus left with us in it and the luggage in another bus.
Friendly staff. Left on time. Second floor seat reclined nicely. Every seat had a tv for personalized entertainment. Was offered soda or tea, and my vegetarian snack was light but actually pretty tasty. Would recommend.
Our flight was canceled due to weather and I emailed asking to switch busses. I know the policy is that it’s non exchangeable, but this was a situation that was totally out of our hands. I basically got an automated no and when I stated I needed to speak with someone for further help, no one ever contacted me. Poor customer service, go with a different bus platform.
A hat was removed from my bag. When questioned at the depot the staff said they saw it and would call Nasca to ensure it was put in lost in found there once the bus arrived. Upon return no attempt to secure the item was made and staffs reaction when questioned were far from helpful. After an hour of attempting to get the staff involved to make any attempt to track down the item nothing was done once again and we have been left disappointed in the lack of customer service and been told to email a complaint to their help desk. Poor effort all around. Stories changed in a few hours and no help fro Cruz del Due to rectify their lazy essays in letting an item get misplaced.
I had read so many bad reviews about Cruz del Sur before I came and I was so scary about the bad drivers, the bad roads etc! But yesterday, I made the “Lima to Paracas „ at 4:00 in the morning and it was so organized and on Time everything, the staff looks gently but the only problem was that they don’t speak English!!!
