However, some reviews mention issues with air conditioning not functioning optimally and a lack of information about stops during long journeys.
The seats were extremely comfortable. They could fully recline and had a lot of leg room. Temperature on the bus was good. Despite a language barrier between us and the staff in the terminals (us not speaking great Spanish and them not speaking great English), they still managed to help us drop our bags off in the right place and go to the right gate. The only criticism we have is that our bags came out of the bus very dirty, but that cannot be helped too much.

I was never able to get on a bus. The pick up location was wrong and when we finally realized no bus was coming, we went to the Cruz del Sur office where staff were rude and frankly quite mean.

The bus was 1 hour 45 minutes late, but nobody announced anything. This was a night bus so it was super late. Instead we watched two other busses scheduled after us board instead. I had to ask someone about it. Although it departed late with no communication we arrived only 30 minutes late to our destination, the driver took it serious!
