Superciva did a great job of getting us to Peru on time despite an incredibly inefficient border where only one person was stamping people into Peru. Not their fault, but the lady who was our attendant might have been the most helpful employee of a bus line I have ever met. They gave us a small meal for the night bus, played movies. I would just advise to do some more cleaning as I saw a roac, offer a small breakfast if possible, and turn up the a/c a little bit more at night. Very long journey but got there on time which is what mattered most to me.

The bus itself was actually nice, though the WiFi didn’t work (pretty standard though). The bus staff were pleasant but they told us immigration into Peru would be at 2.30am and we’d arrive around 7am into mancora. However immigration was 12.30am and we arrived at 4am. My hostel doesn’t open its doors until 8am and so I was left stranded in an unsafe place at night. The bus needs to make sure it’s on time or either update the timings so people can choose the most appropriate bus!

- No english speaking at the bus terminal, very difficult to understand where the bus was leaving from - In the night there was no ventilation so it was tough breathing, the windows were completely dripping from all the air being trapped inside. - most disgusting bus toilet - delayed we arrived later than expected - Smelly bus - and there were disney movies playing constantly with speakers on every seat that couldn’t be turned down or off. - in the night it was freezing I had a really really bad experience
