The bus was freezing and with the seats fully reclined there was almost no leg room. Granted, I’m 6’7” and I don’t fit many places but I had to completely spread my legs and almost straddle the seat in front of me.

Generally the trip was good. But we paid for a bus with usb charger, something very important for us, and in the bus there wasn't charger. The staff of the bus until last moment was telling us that will find a charger and never told us clearly that we couldn't charge. When we complained about that at the kiosk of the company at the terminal they didn't even charge our phones for 5 minutes we asked. They didn't even try. We could choose the superciva for our next route but of course we didn't. They told us also for our next route we asked that there is a possibility for the bus to have usb charger but they couldn't know.

Bus was extremely late arriving and then once it did we weren’t allowed to get on for at least another 30 min despite there being seats. There was no room for most people’s luggage but luckily they managed to squeeze my suitcase in. The office was not at the address printed on the ticket and very had to find since it was closed at the stated time to be there. Some staff eventually showed up. But it doesn’t look like a bus terminal so was very confusing and spent ages walking around trying to find a ‘bus terminal’.

The bus was delayed. The staff were unhelpful. There was no Wi-fi as stated that there would be and very limited food and drink for such a long period of time. The bus was freezing cold and then boiling hot and no one was there to say anything to. Very disappointed.

Nice seats, were easy to sleep on them. Blankets available. Food was nice, but you need to have some drink and snacks by yourself because service happened only twice in 22 hours. Toilet was ok, got a bit messy during trip but not as bad as I thought it would get. The only big minus is that none information was available in English, and stuff spoke only Spanish.

The staff lady was rude. She did not answer questions not just from ya but from others in the bus and when she did it was in a supper rude tone. We also where very cold during the night and no blanket was offered, when we too one for ourselves she was mad and rude to us.

It took us an extra 7 hours to get to our location after we left an hour late. We had to change to a new bus that was different and worse than what we paid for. Completely and thoroughly unimpressed by this company.

Our seats was dirty (an ice cream we thought). After 13 hours the bus was broken and we stayed on the road for more than one hour. Ah another things: in the morning the women’s toilets was broken. At the end a touristic bus took us an brought us to Cusco.

Let me just say.. if this is supposed to be a tourist service it is anything but... the onboard staff which are pretty much like attendants were very friendly but did not even know one bit of english despite the fact that that may 1/4 of the passengers were probably english speaking.. I also have to add that all of the emergency information was in spanish or incan?? none in english... the movies all were in spanish and some had spanish cc titles and some had english which would have been tolerable for a 22 hour trip but to sit through several movies in a row with both spanish and spanish cc was rediculous. In addition .. there were no towels to dry hands in the lavatories... it appeared that folks just simply urinated on the floors... and even though we paid to be in the lower supposedly more secluded larger chairs.. our seats experienced every bump in the road like turbulence on a plane... and on the trip to cusco.. we had a mother with two children who would not shut up during the night and I had to shush them to get some sleep... I also was not impressed with the fact that you could not get real coffee on board.. but if you asked.. you would get a cup of hot water and some coffee mix .. but incidentally this was the norm around peru... no one seems to have a coffee maker or if you if you like coffee and cream.. bring your own... and at some of the few stops they would make so that passengers could get off, you would get solicited by locals to buy wine and other items on board immediately... I got off to try and get a hot cup of coffee at the local restaurant and once again, I was given a cup of hot milk, a can of instant coffee, and cup of sugar...this is the norm..I was to spoon the amount of instant coffee into my cup of milk to create my coffee con leche. Lastly I cannot even describe the meals served on board.. again they were picked up at local roadside diners and probably enjoyed by a local Peruvian who may enjoy pork and rice smothered in gravy followed by some non-descript gelatinous dessert.. and inca cola.. but I have to make the suggestion that they should stick to easy sandwiches or the choice of for tourist like me...and also teach their attendants some english so that .

The bus was really clean and very comfortable! It was on time! I felt very safe the whole time! It was so much nicer then I thought it would be! The 16 hour bus trip actually went really fast! Superciva should do vegetarian meal thoughts as many people couldn't eat the food and it went to waste!

I went to Superciva in Piura in the morning to check-in my luggage so I could have a look at the city more confotably. The attendants were very rude, one of them even sreamed at me when I asked where should I do the check-in. After leaving my luggage there the other attendant only gave the receipt a no explanaitions. So once I arrives in Guayaquil I found out my luggage was in Piura still. They told me I had just guarded the luggage there and not checked-in. I tottaly understand the misundertanding, but had the attendants been more gentle and caring they would have explained that to me beforehand. Now I am trying to talk to them and know if they found it or not and if it will be sent tonight and the attendant in Guayaquil said that she sent a message to Piura and asked and that it is all she can do. So I am not even sure if I will receive it tomorrow morning, she said I have to wait untill them and check. Terrible service, no carring, no kindness... I do not even know what to do.
