The driver was going at a ridiculous speed the entire way. The whole journey made us both feel sick. It felt dangerous and he was constantly breaking harshly and then speeding up. Worst bus I've ever been on. Will never book with superciva again

Not good, we were expected to reach our location at 5am but we were dropped off at 2:30 am and stranded as we told our hostel we would be arriving later. We had to wait outside the hostel throughout the night, walk through town in the early hours of the morning. I confirmed the time with the person I got my ticket from at the desk. Left me in a vunerable situation!

I’ve been on quite a few of these buses now and they are usually really great! But our one from Ica to Cusco smelt soooo bad of wee and BO! They really need to be properly checked and cleaned before journey starts. The seats are comfy and do get a good sleep! Hopefully the next one we try will be a lot better and we got unlucky!

The bus was very comfortable and smooth and the journey manager(?) did a good job of ensuring that things ran smoothly at border crossing etc. The curtains between seats also gave good privacy for a solo traveller. Lack of Wi-Fi and (in my case) working reading light was a bit disappointing, however.

Very unsatisfactory. Wasn’t allowed transfer or exchange my ticket for same ticket the next day so I had to buy a second ticket. Complete rip off. I won’t be recommending your company to my friends or family if this how your company behaves

Awful smell of urine on the whole bus, nothing had been cleaned when we got on the bus it felt and smelt awful. Zero space at your feet when all seats reclined, was so claustrophobic. Really would not recommend.

My luggage was loaded onto the wrong bus. It was pure luck I noticed it had been placed on a bus going to a completely different destination. I managed to rescue my rucksack, meanwhile the staff laughed

Women's toilet was unavailable, no toilet paper on the men's toilet and very dirty. Driver drove ridiculous which made me sick on the trip. Airconditioning worked but driver maintained uncomfortable hot temperature of 28C in the bus.

Really bad smell because of the toilets, people not on their designated seats and they were playing movies untill 00:30AM really loud over the bus speakers, even noise cancel earplugs did not work.. and the bus was 1:20h late

The ride itself was super smooth and the seats comfortable but the TV was too loud, no soap/ running tap water on the toilet and the „big“ stop for food was a little late and not very good but we had enough snacks so that was alright

They really helped me with checking in and finding the bus. What I didn’t liked was that the bus ride was 26 hours instead of 22. There were no stops. Eventually people got angry and we could stop in the morning.

Our bus arrived 2hrs late which I understand can happen. The seats we were booked were taken and the people were sleeping. We had to wake them and in very limited Spanish got them to move and I got the impression they were not happy. The bus smelled of urinine and not a pleasant environment for a 15hr journey. On route I was by a noise and some kind of incident had occurred resulting in some damage to bus and loss of side mirror canopy, an ambulance was in attendance but unclear of the details.

Superciva Bus can be a good experience but 2 hours late departure and 5 hours late arrival was not okay. Also, it said in the booking no other stopps but we stopped in Ica and Nazca. But at least I arrived in one piece

Won’t be riding again for any long term bus. They didn’t make one stop for over 14 hours. We didn’t get to stop for food or water. They turned the air conditioning off halfway through with a full bus. Very disappointed

Very dissatisfied with the whole experience. The ride was supposed to take 17 hours, but instead it took 21 hours and 30 minutes. Worse than this is behaviour of the stuff, they were of no help and gave us no explanation. As we finally arrived to our final destination Ica, they made a stop before the bus station at the gas station and without any explanation opened the doors. Everyone made their way to buy food, and this added more frustration to the fact that we were already 4 hours late. There was not toilet paper in the toilet even after I told the stuff about it. The luggage compartment was very dirty and my bags were too when I got them back. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.
